The Flying Fish is idyllically situated on the beachfront of Horseshoe Bay, Port Elliot. Our name pays homage to the two-masted schooner that tragically met its fate on these shores in 1860, one of several ships lost in the bay during its time as a bustling seaport.

The Flying Fish is managed by Christy Dellaney, a hospitality professional with over 25 years of industry experience. Christy and her dedicated team are committed to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Our Head Chef, Nathan Francis, draws inspiration from the stunning coastal setting to create seasonal menus bursting with flavour and creativity. Nathan's extensive culinary background, coupled with his team's passion for food, results in dishes that are both memorable and satisfying.

Beyond our restaurant and kiosk offerings, Nathan and his team also provide bespoke catering services for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and other special occasions. Their culinary creations are sure to leave a lasting impression on your guests.
